If you experience a runtime error when trying to access the game,
please try the following:
1) Install three required programs available on our website and access the game again.

2) If the problem still persists, submit us a ticket with your DxDiag file via our support portal.
How to get DxDiag file:
- Type dxdiag in the lower-left search box on taskbar, and run dxdiag which is on the top of the list.
- Press Windows+R to display the Run dialog, then type dxdiag and tap OK.
After opening DirectX Diagnostic Tool, tap 'Save All Information' to acquire a saved dxdiag.txt file.
